User Eligibility and Acceptance

2.1. Eligibility
To place an order or engage in any transaction on the Website, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

2.2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website or purchasing Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

Orders and Payments

2.1. Placing an Order
By placing an order on our website, you agree that all details you provide are accurate. Once submitted, all orders are considered final. It is your responsibility to double-check the information, including product specifications, shipping details, and billing information.

2.2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment gateways listed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

2.3. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will summarize your order details and act as your receipt. Please keep this email for your records.

2.4. Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed at the time of checkout are final, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.

Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping Policy
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and product weight. Go Trade Show LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.

3.2. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

3.3. International Shipping
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the shipment.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

4.1. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that period, cancellations may not be possible, as processing begins shortly after the order is placed.

4.2. Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. Items that have been customized, such as printed banners or displays, are not eligible for return unless there was an error on our part.

4.3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Product Customization and Design

5.1. Design Proofing
For custom orders, Go Trade Show LLC will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the proof. Any changes made after production starts may incur additional charges.

5.2. Customer-Supplied Artwork
If you supply artwork for custom products, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the content. Go Trade Show LLC is not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from the use of customer-supplied artwork.

Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on the Go Trade Show LLC website, including logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Go Trade Show LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

7.1. Go Trade Show LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Warranty

8.1. Product Quality
We guarantee that all products will be free from material defects upon delivery. If a defect is found, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

8.2. Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation of our products are not covered under warranty.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas/USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Houston.
