Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
At Go Trade Show LLC, we are committed to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our products. If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us at (888) 855-1691 within 3 business days of receiving the product to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Missing items from your shipment must also be reported within 3 business days of delivery by calling (888) 855-1691. For any part of your order that has not been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days of the agreed in-hand date.
Please note that products returned to our location or supplier’s warehouse without an authorization number will be refused.
If your product arrives damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, your shipment is insured by the carrier. We will assist in expediting the claim process to rectify the situation. While we do our best to assist in these situations, Go Trade Show LLC does not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred for replacement products or repairs.
Once a shipment is handed off to a third-party carrier and tracking information is provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and delivery. We do not actively monitor shipments once they are with the carrier. If any issue arises, please notify us immediately or within 1 business day of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier to provide a prompt and reasonable solution.
Warranty Information
Many of our products come with a limited one-year warranty. Please refer to the specific product description for more details regarding the warranty and return policy. We may require photos of the product in question to process warranty claims unless otherwise specified.
Hard shipping cases and flooring are covered by a limited warranty against damage or defects at the time of initial delivery. To make a claim, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the delivery. If we are not notified within this timeframe, or if the product has been used during this period, the warranty will no longer apply.
For any warranty claims, please fill out the Incident/Warranty Form provided by our support team.
Other Returns and Exchanges
For non-defective, non-damaged items, a 15% restocking fee applies. For vinyl flooring tiles, the restocking fee is 30%. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the restocking fee unless the item is damaged or defective. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Any items returned to us without prior notification or authorization after this period will not be accepted.
Please note, many of our items are not eligible for return, such as custom-printed graphics or made-to-order exhibits.
